A Journey Through the Chakras:
This trip tours the sacred sites of ancient Egypt in the order of the chakra system. As you immerse yourself in the ancient land of Egypt for this 13 day tour you will have an opportunity to connect to the physical sites- the awe inspiring, ancient, temples, tombs and pyramids. From the Root chakra in Aswan, to the Heart chakra in Dendera, culminating at the Crown Chakra at The Great Pyramid of Giza.
The Internal Journey:
As we visit the sites in the order of the chakra system externally we will also do INTERNAL activations along the way. Activations include: Root chakra healing, Heart Centered Meditation and Crown Awakening Breathwork practices. Johnny Longinidis will guide Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork Sessions on the Nile River and Temple Activations in various sites along the journey.

He is a certified Breathwork instructor under the prestigious Oxygen Advantage program, as well as being trained in Somatic Release Breathwork techniques and Rebirthing under the guidance of the world-renowned Breathwork instructor, Dan Brule. Johnny now trains facilitators in his own methodology, Re-Inspire Breathwork. With over 3000 hours of experience in teaching Yoga classes, personal development workshops, one-on-one coaching, and Breathwork seminars, Johnny is well-equipped to guide individuals on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth.

After our stay at the Mena House Hotel, we embark on a 5 day private sailboat trip on the Nile River, where we will be served by private chefs. This is a wonderful opportunity to take in the beauty of the Nile River and its surroundings in a way that is comfortable and luxurious. Throughout the retreat, we want you to feel the unique ambiance of each location.
